1. Scope of Services
8K Ultra IPTV provides cloud-based M3U and Xtream Codes API playlist routing, EPG metadata synchronization, and B2B streaming infrastructure across global edge nodes with 99.99% target uptime.
2. Subscription Term & No Auto-Renewal Trap
All prepaid access passes (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) as well as 24-hour trial passes are fixed-term prepaid licenses. They expire automatically at the end of the booked period unless manually extended by the customer. We never execute unauthorized recurring charges.
3. Connection Policy & Fair Use
Standard retail subscriptions allow playlists to be installed on multiple devices, with 1 active stream at a time (unless a Multiroom upgrade for 2–4 simultaneous streams is booked). Public restreaming of retail lines is prohibited and requires a dedicated B2B Restream license.
4. B2B Reseller & Restream Terms
Purchased Reseller Credits never expire. Resellers are independent operators responsible for their own end-user support and pricing.
